What to put in the resource box etc.

Dear Mika,

oooookay. So now you know what a resource
box is and you've been looking at bunches of
examples.

If you've been doing your homework, you also
have an account at ezinearticles.com and you
have a bunch of articles written and ready to
go.

Hopefully, you've also gone to Jeff Herring's
site at

http://www.articleguru.net

and have gotten his freebie article templates
and are listening to his free teleseminars.

What's next?

You need to send people somewhere...

Eventually soon, that somewhere will be your
opt-in box. That's the box in which you put
in your first name and email address when you
sign up for people's newsletters.

You can see them all over my blog:

http://www.myfavoritewebstuff.com

or

http://www.myfavoriteselfhelpstuff.com

But that's just a LITTLE bit more
complicated, so we'll start with the easy
stuff first:

You want an affiliate product:

Where to get them?

Two places:

http://www.clickbank.com

http://www.paydotcom.com

They're both major players in the
affiliate market scene. Once you have
your own product, you can put it up
there and affilaites will show up and
recommend it to the people on their
list and maybe advertise it in ezine
articles.

You can be one of those affiliates.

So go to one or both of these
and sign up.

It's very self-explanatory.

Then, you'll sign in, go to the
marketplace, and browse around for
products you like. If you find one
that you feel comfortable recommending,
proceed to step two.

BTW, I would highly recommend that you
actually buy it and make SURE it's a
good one because the last thing you want
to do is recommend a product that's crap).

Okay, once you have found one you like,
get the affiliate link. Keep it in a
safe place.

Now what???

If you have people you can send email to
(friends or people who have signed up for
your list), you can recommend it right
there in the email, just as I do:

i.e.,: I highly recommend the following
product:

http://www.beafasterwebmaster.com

Notice though that this looks like a normal
domain name. There's a trick behind it,
and I'll tell you exactly how to do it.

And you'll HAVE to do it if you want to
recommend it in your ezinearticles resource
box.

How to do that? I'll tell you next time.

First go out and find a product you like.

Preferably one tha fits with the articles
you write...

Have a wonderful day, and the sequel will
appear soon. I really AM getting back into
the swing of things. Slowly.

All best,

Elisabeth

P.S.: The following is an offer to help you
out if you want it... Please don't all
take me up on it.

BUT I'm willing to give a limited number
of you feedback on your articles.

Right now, it's easy. For a VERY limited
time, I'll be willing to read your articles
and give you feedback (or even edit them for
you), for $35 (1-3 articles, up to about 500 words
each, plus resource box).

You can get that by sending $35 by PayPal
to elisabeth711@gmail.com

If you want more articles critiqued, you can
send twice the amount if you wish.

This is only good for a very limited time.

I MAY start a membership site that includes
that kind of critiquing for a monthly
retainer fee though...
