Dear Mika,

I'm going to do my very first teleseminar,

What? Me, talking about stress and how to keep it
in check, how to stay functional even under lots of
pressure, and sharing a few cool techniques.

It's my first one, so if you catch it and I'll be
on Oprah one of these days, you can say you were there
way back when I did my FIRST!!!

P.S.:

About doing this on a Sunday? If this is a bad day for
you, please forgive me. I'll do some on other days as
well in the future. But trying to figure out
on what day of the week to do it was a real challenge.

Way back, in my past life as a German tutor during
my grad student days in Berkeley, I organized a
German discussion group and the ONLY day they all
could make it was Sunday evening. So that's why
I picked this one. I hope it works for you ;-)
