Welcome to My Favorite Self-Help Stuff Newsletter :-)

Dear Mika,

thank you so much for subscribing
to My Favorite Self-Help Stuff Newsletter
and for confirming your subscription.

Here's what you'll get:

Approximately once a week, sometimes a
little more often, sometimes a little less
often, I will send you an email with
very helpful and immediately actionable
self-help information.

Sometimes they are a bit longish, but
sometimes not. I will keep in mind that
you are probably as busy as I am and that
you already have plenty of stuff to read.
So I will do my best to never waste your
time but always make it worth your
while to have opened my emails.

What do I mean by self-help? To me,
self-help means self-empowerment. Therefore
my intention is to share with you resources
that will do the following:

-- decrease the stress in your life

-- increase your enjoyment in life

-- increase your success

-- increase your finances

and that's just for starters.

Sometimes my tips deal with broader issues,
including how to increase your energy, and
sometimes they are very practical.

I have been known to give tips on hair
care (how to make your hair look thicker)
or even included the occasional recipe
(chocolate-dipped cream puffs). In the
near future, I plan to write about how
to fall asleep more quickly and easily.

Most of the time, though, they are closely
related to what you might expect:

managing stress, increasing feelings of
joy and happiness, and raising your
vibrations to help you draw good things
into your life. Oh, and improving your
relationships as well, particularly by
way of more effective communication.

My newsletter is different from most
others in that it is quite eclectic.

In fact, I think of it as the ultimate
anti-niche newsletter.

I am interested in a wide range of topics,
and so I have quite a range of stuff to
draw from since I read very widely and have
been collecting useful information for years
and years.

In the name of increasing your prosperity,
I will also include the occasional resource
on how to build a successful blog and/or
website (mostly for newbies) and other such
information that I have personally found
useful.

Like they say in some organizations, if there
is the occasional article that you're not
all that interested in, just take what you
find useful and ignore the rest.

I do hope you will enjoy my weekly missives
and will find them helpful.

If you have ever any comments or special
requests on what you'd like more information
about, please let me know.

I cannot promise that I can always honor
them all but I do promise that I will take
them all into serious consideration, and
to the degree I am able to, I will add them
to the line-up of things I'll write about.
